WSS can assist if you are a Principal Contractor or Trade Contractor and you have been asked to provide external Health & Safety Inspections as part of your contract.
WSS can assist in preparing/modifying designs to eliminate , reduce or control any foreseeable risks that may arise during construction, as well as the maintenance and use of a building once it has been built.
Risk Assessments should be completed for activities that could or present a significant risk to employers or others who may affected by their activities. Results of the assessment must be made known to those at risk, detailing the control measures to eliminate or reduce the risk.
Your compliance with these regulations may be routinely checked by your respective local fire service, landlord (where applicable), insurance provider or during an investigation of a fire related incident.
