It is a requirement of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999: Regulation 7 that employers appoint a competent person or people to help meet their health and safety legal duties.

Competent person support gives you and your business peace of mind. Give us a call day or night and we will be on hand to give advice and support to overcome any health & safety challenges you may face. This will include quarterly Safety Visits.

We will advise and guide you towards compliance and best practice ensuring you and your team are on track.

We will provide a monthly newsletter/bulletin and access to a telephone helpline for advice/guidance on all health and safety matters to include the development of a Statutory Compliance Tracker.
